Single Estimate Requirement:
You are not required to obtain more than one estimate for insurance purposes.
Freedom of Choice:
You have the right to choose the auto body shop that will complete the repairs. You are not obligated to use a shop selected by the insurance company. However, your insurance policy requires that you allow the insurer a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damages before repairs begin.
Authorization of Repairs:
Only you, as the vehicle owner, can authorize repairs to your vehicle.
Repair Estimates and Supplements:
Repair Estimates can vary and most claims require supplementary estimates. The bodyshop’s primary obligation is to the customer and should keep you informed of any changes throughout the repair process.
Insurance Company’s Commitment:
Your insurance company aims to ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and that you are completely satisfied with your claims experience.
Review Your Policy:
You have specific rights and obligations under your insurance policy. It is important to review and understand your policy. We recommend to review your insurance company’s alternative parts policy.
Owner’s Responsibility:
The vehicle is being repaired for you, the owner. Payment is required upon completion of repairs unless prior direct billing with the insurance has been arranged. At Romero’s Tri-Valley Auto Body, our Staff is committed to assist you with all these matters. We work with all insurance companies and will keep you informed in order to minimize your inconvenience. Our goal is to restore your vehicle back to preloss condition. We warranty workmanship and the paintwork for as long as you own your vehicle. Part warranties are limited by their respective manufacturers.
