Gold Class Technicians

Platinum Status Technicians
Employee training with I-CAR starts with three Pro-Level courses. Technicians earn Platinum status by completing Pro-Level 1. To keep that status, they must progress to the next Pro-Level each year until they complete Pro-Level 3, then maintain their training with refresher courses to ensure your vehicle is repaired back to its pre-accident condition.
Automotive Service Excellence
